Friction,
who has his own show on BBC Radio 1, will be entertaining The Loft this
Saturday night.
The
news of BBC Radio 1’s drum and bass front-man coming to the town is no surprise
to many.
Local
promoter Rhys Alford, 18, is known for bringing big name artists to the town,
previously attracting grime MC, P Money.
He
said: “It's simply amazing to be able to say one of the
world’s best drum and bass DJ's is coming to our small town.
“It just goes to show what great support we have
from the ravers, artists and clubs. We couldn't run nights on such a scale
without them.
“I just want to thank everyone for being
involved and continuing a true positive movement in Kettering.”
You can catch the multi-award winning DJ performing for just a mere £5 on the door.
