Although the past few days seemed to suggest the beginning of a heat filled summer hitting highs of 23°C, the bank holiday weekend is out to prove otherwise. If you're a family person you may want to arrange a board game night before thinking of heading to Wicksteed Park.
Tomorrow morning will be at around 9°C with overcast but will begin to heat up throughout the day with a predicted 19°C in the late afternoon. Rain is however expected throughout the day.
Sunday will be more consistent with temperatures around 19°C for the majority of the afternoon but expect rainfall once again for a fair portion of the day.
Bank holiday Monday has given it's best showing possible temperatures of 20°C but this is once again met with more rainfall giving a classically miserable bank holiday weekend.
So I advise that if you're outdoors, you may want to save that new bikini or pair of swim shorts for June.
