Police are looking for
witnesses to a robbery that took place on Rockingham Road.
The robbery took place on
Wednesday, 21 May, at around 10:45pm, where three men were approached by three
other men near Duke Street.
The victims were threatened
with a knife and had cash, jewellery and an iPhone stolen from them.
One of the victims was
punched in the face, causing a broken cheekbone.
The offenders were described
as about 6ft 2in, black, slim build and looked in their late 20’s, early 30’s
and were all wearing dark clothing.
After the robbery, the
offenders took off towards the town centre in a light grey/silver BMW 5 series.
